Robert Polonsky
President/Managing Director

Robert always had drive and vision to succeed in any business environment. After attending major college studying Business Management; he entered the small business management consultant industry at the young age of twenty two. Just out of college, hungry for an opportunity, and newly married with a young child, he set out on his course to where he is today. During his two years in the management consulting field, Robert became the top sales performer company-wide, offering consultative solutions for small to mid-sized business owners struggling to keep their companies intact. After a successful introduction to corporate America, he decided to leave the industry for network marketing, and he has never looked back!

Less than six months into his network marketing career , Robert realized by his own experience the need for quality lead generation. At a time when the industry had very few companies of this type, he founded New England Marketing. Far from the typical approaches that most lead companies have taken, Robert's approach is simple: provide affordable solutions -- resulting in a positive ROI. Because of the commitment Robert has made to build NEM, he understands what it takes for a long-term business relationship to work with his clients.

This principle and commitment to "real-world results" has allowed NEM to evolve into an industry leader. Robert believes that you never stop learning, and so he continues to rapidly evolve as a leader and mentor to his staff. He is also a current member of the Sandler Sales Institute and Executive Business Management programs. To this day, Robert continues to foster the principles and fundamentals set forth at the beginning of his career, which has helped him to procure relationships and partnerships with some of the biggest and most respected network marketing companies in business today.

Sean Starner
Director of Client Services

Sean defines the definition of hard work and translates it into success. Sean is a Health and Human Performance graduate of the University of Maryland . Intense management of academics and athletics amplified both his character and ethics. As a five year athletic scholarship recipient in football, he is adept at reaching unified goals, while committing to constant individual-improvement. As a three year letter winner at Maryland , Sean has learned the value of team work and has incorporated that into every aspect of his life.

Upon graduation, Sean aspired to extend those years in the sales field. Prior to NEM, two years working for another lead generation company augmented his Network Marketing Experience. He considers himself fortunate to have found this career; one which enhances the lives and opportunities of others, while maximizing his very own potential.

A member of the Sandler Sales Institute and Executive Business Management programs. Sean values the effects of personal development. In both his personal and professional life, these skills have proved beneficial to creating long-lasting relations with friends and clients. NEM is proud to have Sean directing our sales staff!

Blake Anderson,
Regional Sales Manager

Blake has always strived to be the best at everything he has done. After graduating high school, Blake became a paratrooper with the Army's 82nd Airborne Division at Fort Bragg, N.C., where he learned the necessity of working as a team to achieve a set mission. His persistence and attention to detail earned him numerous certificates, awards, and achievement medals.

After an honorable discharge, Blake was drawn to a career in corrections/law enforcement. He entered the Sheriff's Academy and graduated in the top ten in his class. Working with inmates taught Blake patience and comprehensive problem-solving skills and after serving 3 years in the corrections department, he entered college full-time with a major in human services and social work. Blake's hard work and persistence paid off; he made the Dean's List all but one semester.

During this period of time Blake was introduced to the world of Network Marketing and was drawn to the team work that was involved with it. He almost immediately ran into one of the most common problems in network marketing: finding a reliable lead source.

After much searching for himself as well as his downline, Blake was referred to New England Marketing as a highly reputable lead source. After a few months of successfully working with New England Marketing and their lead programs, Blake was brought on board to the New England Marketing team. Blake is a firm believer that success in Network Marketing is gained through building long-term relationships and the empowerment of others.

Derek Holt
Advertising Management & Membership Sales

As a key member of New England Marketing, Derek's primary mission is to ensure that he is a "listener more than a talker" with his clients and tailors his relationships to fit the customer's needs. Derek's ultimate goal is to provide sales and support for clients that wish to build their organizations quickly and cost effectively using our online prospecting platform. Derek joined New England Marketing in July of 2004 and has grown fond of the industry, while establishing relationships with key distributors within some of the top network marketing companies.

Before NEM, Derek's professional career started out in corporate sales providing business solutions for small to mid size companies. Some of the industries that Derek has serviced includes healthcare, mortgage & banking, legal, and technology. In addition, Derek worked for a lead generation company prior to New England Marketing which provided services to major conglomerates such as Cisco Systems, Hewlett Packard, and many more! Currently Derek is an active member of the Sandler Sales Institute which provides sales and account management training to sales and business professionals throughout North America. Many of the principles today that he utilizes at NEM are as a result of the dedication and commitment to his training.

Derek's believes, just like in network marketing, that the key to success is plugging into a system that works, consistently reinforcing new techniques, and striving to be the best, at all costs!
